Beverage Accessory Wholesale Catalog
True Brands™ is a wholesale distributor comprised of 10 beverage accessory brands. They carry a wide array of bar tools, glassware, gift bags, kitchen accessories and more. Twice a year, they send a catalog encompassing all brands to showcase their full selection of products. I project managed and designed every one of these books for 4 years, each with new improvements and challenges.

This 468 page catalog was produced in 3 months, with the help of one other designer. My role included project management as well as designing about half of the book. Managing the project included overseeing my fellow designer, managing the editing process with product managers, photo planning with the photography team, preparing files for print, and more.
With over 3,000 products ranging from corkscrews to mouse-shaped cheese boards, the biggest challenge was creating a consistent shopping experience on every page. This included a family of icons, consistent placement of images, and planned opportunities to break the system if a certain product had unique pricing, packaging, or content.
With ten different brands in one book, we wanted each one to have it’s opportunity to shine. Our solution was to create multiple advertisements for each, to further market new or bestselling items while also adding interest to a overwhelmingly large catalog.
